What I do.

I work with local authorities and publicly funded programmes to design and deliver business support that engages participants, meets targets, and drives real progress. I’ve delivered on behalf of organisations including Dorset Council, BCP Council, Dorset LEP, Dorset Growth Hub, and Digital Skills Hub Bournemouth—supporting hundreds of individuals at start-up and growth stages.
Alongside this, I work directly with start-ups and growing businesses, providing practical, hands-on support that helps people move from idea to action, and from uncertainty to clarity. This direct client work keeps my delivery grounded, relevant, and rooted in the real challenges businesses face day to day.
My workshops and programmes cover everything from starting a business and planning, through to finance, cash flow forecasting, HMRC registration, and sustainable growth—always focused on practical application, not just theory.

That journey—spanning policy, programme design, and front-line delivery—means I understand what it takes to turn funding into meaningful outcomes, and ideas into sustainable businesses. I’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional business support that is practical, engaging, and rooted in the real challenges individuals and organisations face.
Alongside my consultancy work, I also serve as a pastor. My business practice is underpinned by the values of my Christian faith—integrity, honesty, service, and a genuine commitment to seeing people flourish. These values shape how I work with partners and participants alike, creating an approach that is both professional and deeply people-focused.
As an ILM-qualified practitioner, working to SFEDI standards, I bring a structured, professional approach to every programme—while remaining flexible to the needs of partners and participants. My experience includes supporting contract and bid development, designing and delivering growth-focused programmes, and helping businesses navigate everything from start-up to scale.
